Protein Agency - Project Manager

Full-Time in Amsterdam or London, NL - Mid Level - €31k - €50k

With offices in Amsterdam and London, we would be looking to hire in these locations only.

PURPOSE OF THIS POSITION

  • Play an integral role in supporting the delivery of projects to clients across all departments including strategy, insights, talent, content and activation led projects
  • Build structure and process for smooth executions of internal and external projects

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

  • Work with Senior Account Manager to project manage project pitches and live projects
  • Facilitate the development of project briefs and on-going client programmes, partnering with multiple departments at Protein
  • Alongside account manager, drive teams to ensure work is on time, on budget and meeting strategic goals, ordering process as needed
  • Support Account management team in maintaining project communications between Protein and partners like clients, media partners, creative agencies, talent, respondents
  • Provide project status updates to account managers, finance and management
  • Create, manage and own all project documentation, from initial scope and cost estimation, Statement of Work and project plan, through to RAID log, change management and weekly status
  • Stay on top of all project administration, including contracts, invoices, purchase orders, project numbers and change orders
  • Ensure that the financial reporting is up to date on a weekly basis and that projects are tracking to budget and to planned resource
  • Negotiate terms and fees with production partners, freelancers, influencers, artists and other creators
  • Manage project risks and issues, effectively communicating mitigation plans and escalating issues when appropriate
  • Lead logistical aspects of projects, like travel, accommodation, scheduling meetings
  • Support Head of Agency with resourcing overview of the team, managing internal time sheets to report back into Head of Agency and Senior Account Manager
  • Gain thorough knowledge of Protein’s services, processes and case studies in order to support the team in successful delivery of client projects
  • Work with management on marketing activities, event planning and internal or external content
  • Enthusiastic participation in the company culture by demonstrating curiosity and critical enquiry
  • Contribute to Proteins goals in regards to inclusiveness and sustainability as outlined in the company strategy
